PUBLIC TEST OF ELECTION EQUIPMENT

Notice is hereby given that Mifflin County will be testing the election equipment that will be used during the Primary Election April 23,2024, to ascertain that it will accurately count the votes cast for all offices, on Monday, April 15, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Mifflin County Annex Building on 101 W. Third Street, Lewistown, PA, 17044. The testing will then continue in the Election Office on the second floor of the Mifflin County Courthouse at 20 N. Wayne St., Lewistown, PA 17044.

LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Mifflin County Board of Elections will sit in the Bureau of Elections office located at 20 N. Wayne St., Lewistown, PA, beginning Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at 7:00 a.m., Prevailing Time, for the purpose to oversee the Pre-Canvass of Absentee and Mail In Ballots cast in the General Primary held, April 23, 2024 in Mifflin County, Pennsylvania.   The Pre-Canvass will be conducted in accordance with 25 P.S. § 1308.  

Beginning at 8:00 p.m. Prevailing Time, the Board of Elections will commence the Canvassing of all ballots that were cast in the General Primary held, April 23, 2024 in Mifflin County, Pennsylvania in accordance with 25 P.S. §1308.
